David Stodder

David Stodder is the director of TDWI Research for Business Intelligence. As an analyst, writer, and researcher, he has provided thought leadership on key topics in BI, analytics, IT, and information management for over two decades. Previously, he headed up his own independent firm and served as vice president and research director with Ventana Research. He was the founding chief editor of Intelligent Enterprise, a major publication and media site dedicated to the BI and data warehousing community, and served as editorial director there for nine years. With TDWI Research, Stodder focuses on providing research-based insight and best practices for organizations implementing BI, analytics, performance management, and related technologies and methods.
Philip Russom
Director of Research for Data Management, TDWI
Philip Russom is a research director at The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI), where he oversees many of TDWI’s research-oriented publications, services, and events. Prior to joining TDWI in 2005, Russom was an industry analyst covering BI at Forrester Research and Giga Information Group. He has also run his own business as a BI consultant and independent analyst, plus served as a contributing editor to leading data management magazines.

Marc Demarest is CEO and a principal for Noumenal, Inc., an international management consulting firm based in the Pacific Northwest and the UK that provides a range of management and technical consulting services to high-tech, biotech, nanotech, and greentech firms. Widely known as an early proponent of data marting and tiered enterprise data warehousing models, Demarest is currently writing a book for Business Experts Press on nontechnical aspects of enterprise data warehousing.
