Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What time do courses start and end?
A: Courses run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Q: Are breakfast and lunch provided?
A: TDWI provides a light continental breakfast and breaks daily. Lunch is on your own.
Q: How early should I arrive?A: Check-in will take place from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. on the first morning of your class. Subsequent days do not require your arriving earlier than the scheduled start time.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Attire is business-casual.
Q: Will TDWI validate my parking?
A: Parking is the responsibility of the individual attending the seminar.
Q: Is lodging included in the seminar fee?
A: Participants are responsible for paying their own lodging expenses directly to the relevant hotel.
Q: What if I need to make hotel accommodations?
A: Each training facility has information on nearby hotels, including phone numbers, to allow you to contact the hotel directly for accommodations.
