Evan Levy

Evan Levy

CBIP

In this new workshop, Evan Levy provides an in-depth look at preparing for a successful MDM program. Because the activities and issues differ between BI and MDM, the planning effort is different. MDM’s focus on operational data integration alters the audience, team, and project methods.

The course content is based on real-life planning activities at companies like yours. It will identify the different capabilities of MDM, use cases across different industries, and cases for soliciting MDM stakeholder support. Evan will also show samples of client templates and frameworks that you can use in your own MDM planning activities.

You Will Learn

  • Key functions of MDM
  • Differences between MDM and BI
  • Key MDM players in business and IT
  • Common industry business drivers driving MDM
  • Real-world business and functional use cases

Geared To

  • CIOs and chief data officers; IT and data architects; data management staff; program and project managers; BI Competency Center staff
