Many courses sell out and hotel accommodations fill quickly at TDWI conferences.

The TDWI BI Executive Summit is co-located with the TDWI World Conference. Register for the Summit and reserve your hotel room early to ensure availability, as space is limited.

Air Travel Discounts

American Airlines, the official airline for TDWI, is offering a 5 percent discount off the unrestricted, fully refundable coach fare for TDWI conference attendees.

The discount can be booked online at www.aa.com for AA/AE flights only, or call 800.433.1790. Use authorization number 1620AH as the discount code. Certain restrictions apply. Discounts are not valid on Zone fares.

This special offer applies to travel from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, American Connection Service, and all Oneworld carriers provide service. Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Las Vegas enjoys cool weather in February, with daytime temperatures that typically average 65 degrees Fahrenheit and evenings that average in the low 50s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Transportation

Various shuttle companies provide service from McCarran International Airport. The cost is $6 to $6.50 per person each way or $12 to $13 round-trip. For more information getting to and from the airport, visit www.mccarran.com/03_shuttles_01.asp.

Free Internet Station

Need to keep an eye on business while you're at the Summit? TDWI makes it easy for you to stay connected throughout the week! Our free Internet station—complete with computers, a line to connect your personal laptop, and a printer—provides you with the Internet access you need, when you need it. The Internet station will be available all week at the conference, located in TDWI's conference registration area.

Convenient Shipping

You can ship your packages via the Business Center on the first floor of the Palace Tower. The Business Center carriers are FedEx and UPS. If using a carrier other than FedEx, please see the hotel concierge and they will be able to assist you. Shipping cost depends on weight, size, destination, and the service used. Additional handling fees apply. Boxes are available free of charge at TDWI’s registration desk while supplies last.

Where to Eat Throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches, receptions, and hospitality suites throughout the week.

Breakfast

A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

Breaks

During the morning break each day, hot and cold beverages will be served. During the afternoon break, cold beverages and a snack will be served.

Lunch

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday lunch is provided for Summit attendees. If you are attending World Conference courses on Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around Caesars Palace.

Evenings

Evenings at the Summit are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.—Don't miss the unique vendor-sponsored hospitality suites or labs that have been planned for you.
  • Tuesday, 5:00-7:00 p.m.—TDWI's popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to end your day and begin your evening—visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
