In recent years there has been a lot of focus on master data management as a critical activity for companies to engage in to improve their data quality and their ability to make decisions. There are still people in the business, however, who believe that this is an IT problem and that simply implementing a new system will solve the problem. In reality, master data management should be treated as a program with a roadmap to success. This session will focus on the aspects of a successful roadmap and how do you set expectations with executives on what is required to be successful and how to show incremental progress.
