Prerequisite: This course assumes an understanding of relational databases and data warehousing terms and concepts.

This course provides an overview of ETL tools and technologies and shows how to evaluate them for use on your projects. The course describes the trade-offs between buying products and building your own ETL, a summary of products on the market, and the process and criteria for reviewing those products. It will help you arrive at a short list of tools to evaluate, and give you an idea of how to compare them.
