BI tools often are perceived as being tools for power users and analysts. BI tools are constantly changing, bringing the visions of "BI for everyone" and "insight to action" closer to reality. This course will review some of the latest industry innovations that will allow BI to reach more users, based on the right tool for the right person, while battling the data deluge. Topics covered include BI search, Office integration, mobile BI, visual data discovery, in-memory analytics, social BI, and cloud BI. Mini demos from both the instructor and guest vendors will be incorporated to illustrate concepts and capabilities.
