Once your organization has committed to embarking on a business analytics program, there are some fundamental concepts to be addressed to reduce risks and improve the probability of successful selection and deployment of business analytics. This course guides the attendee in reviewing the organization’s mission and objectives, assessing perceived gaps, and identifying key organizational performance goals and measures. In turn, we examine how actionable knowledge is incorporated into a full-cycle feedback loop to improve business processes.
The course looks at the communities of business analytics consumers, their data requirements, and the different types of analyses that can be incorporated to address the needs of the different business users. David will then offer guidance for developing the business analytics strategy and organizing and preparing for its requirements, design, and roll-out.
