Frank Buytendijk
In IT, we think too much and reflect too little. NIH (Not Invented Here) is a common syndrome among IT professionals, who like to think they know it all. But most problems in IT, such as the one version of the truth and the value of analytics, governance, architecture, and so forth were already figured out a long time ago—by the great philosophers. After his well-received TDWI keynote in 2010, Frank will share —in his usual provocative and funny style—how the old philosophers would react to modern themes in IT.
