Evan Levy
CBIP
Computer programming pioneer, Alan Kay, is quoted as saying, "The best way to predict the future is to invent it." Many companies have acknowledged that master data management is part of their future, and they’re in the process of inventing it for their organizations.
But how do you dovetail MDM into an incumbent IT infrastructure? In this presentation, Evan Levy and Frank Dravis will discuss the three aspects of change management for MDM—technical, business, and cultural—and describe how best-practice companies are ensuring that their master data is deployed in a sustained and deliberate way. Frank and Evan will illustrate “the five pillars of MDM” and discuss the impact that various categories of MDM can have on IT systems, business processes, and infrastructure. They will show several case studies of managers who have stared down the challenges of integrated master data and triumphantly delivered their MDM programs.
Regular registration ends February 19. Reserve your spot today.
