Successful BI initiatives focus on results: finding better solutions faster. To optimize performance, we must be able to effectively resolve issues, settle differences, and implement solutions. We all use a range of skills in handling conflict that are based on the demands of the situation. By understanding and expanding on these skills, we can improve the way we accomplish goals individually and within our BI initiatives.
Participants are introduced to five basic conflict-handling modes. They learn when each mode is typically most appropriate and how to apply those skills to situations in their BI environment. They discover how overusing or underusing any one mode can create unwanted situations for themselves and their BI organizations.
Regular registration ends February 19. Reserve your spot today.
