Course Outline

To date, business intelligence has been used primarily for tactical and strategic planning and decision making. However, increasing competition and the need to react rapidly to today’s fast-changing business climate is causing BI to play an ever-increasing and important role in driving and optimizing daily business operations. This trend is leading to major changes in both the functionality and the usability of BI-related technologies and products.
